Our brand new purpose built family run guesthouse is built to hotel standards. For our guests’ relaxation and comfort we have Satellite TV with flat screen LCD in the rooms, broadband internet access along with hospitality tray in all rooms. We have ground floor rooms available, rooms on the upper floor can also be accessed by lift. Ardmore House is set on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean on the Wild Atlantic Way amid rugged landscape. Situated 5km west of Clifden town, on the Sky Road Loop, it is a small holding stretching from the upper Sky Road to the lower Sky Road and on out to the cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean. Here we have made a walkway and picnic area for our guests. The spectacular views from the cliffs of Clifden Bay and the Atlantic Ocean are some of the best you’ll find in the country.

Vaughans Pub/Bistro/B&B

Vaughans is a family-run business purchased in 1965 by Jack Vaughan. Originally a Pub/Grocery shop it currently operates as a Pub/Bistro with the dining room replacing the old grocery shop. Upstairs the rooms have been given a complete make-over to provide quality accommodation. So you can now EAT, SLEEP and DRINK at Vaughans. The pub provides a great variety of music ranging from traditional to alternative/rock.
