Jo Anne Butler and Tara Kennedy have worked together across art, architecture, and design for almost twenty years. In this talk, they will discuss self-initiated design projects, their work with cultural institutions including IMMA, and presenting internationally as part of the Irish Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale.
They will explore the role of the exhibition designer, placing visitors’ needs at the centre of their process and considering how an attitude of welcome, inclusion, and equality of access can shape our cultural experiences.
