Fergus Cronin and Eva Bourke

Fergus Cronin was awarded the Maria Edgeworth prize for fiction in 2022 and completed an MPhil degree in Creative Writing at the Oscar Wilde Centre in TCD in 2014. Having lived in Kilkenny for many years, he now divides his time between his native Dublin and North Connemara. Night Music, his debut collection of short fiction, is published by Doire Press.
Poet and translator, Eva Bourke, has published seven collections of poetry, most recently “Seeing Yellow” (Dedalus 2018) and several anthologies and collections in translation. Together with Borbála Farragó, she edited the anthology “Landing Places. Immigrant Poets in Ireland” (Dedalus 2011) and with Vincent Woods “Fermata. Writings Inspired by Music” (Artisan House 2017). In 2020 she was nominated for the Irish Times Poetry Now Prize and the same year awarded the Michael Hartnett Prize for Poetry. She is a member of Aosdana.
