Creative Hospitality Workshop

This is a hands-on session about welcoming others into our work, using the beautiful philosophical laws of hospitality. Consider your creative practice as a space for strangers to connect. You are the host to these strangers. What do they need? How will your creative practice be impacted by these “guests”? We will explore risk, atmosphere, systems of welcome, and creating space for interruption. We will also define our work in relation to the cultural landscape.

Workshop attendees are invited to bring along food or drink items for our coffee break, for a Potluck Breakfast. Should you have any dietary requirements, please email visualarts@clifdenartsfestival.ie before the event.
