Create a Willow Fish Introduction to Willow Weaving

Tutor Phil McSweeney

Join environmental sculptor Phil McSweeney for a hands-on introduction to willow weaving. Drawing on his experience delivering workshops for schools, festivals, and community groups across Kerry, Phil will guide participants in creating their own
simple willow fish sculpture. Suitable for beginners, this relaxed workshop introduces basic weaving techniques while exploring the creative possibilities of working with natural materials. Participants will leave with a finished piece and an appreciation for the traditional craft of willow weaving.
