Connacht Band

Connacht is the brainchild of percussionist Michael McDonagh. His father was the leader of the famed Connacht Céilí Band from Boston. Mike has gathered a group of musicians adept at playing sessions, festivals, weddings, corporate events and pub gigs alike. This is a fresh take on traditional Irish music. The high-energy beat combined with soulful songs and accompaniment is sure to delight any audience. Connacht will get you tapping your toes, singing along and dancing around the room.
